1)STEP 1:
First go to start...
then go to run...type cmd
STEP 2:
type ping"website you want to crash"
copy ip address of the website from cmd panel
STEP 3:
then type ping "IP" -t -l 1000 hit enter
this will take about 1(or)2 hours
